• 60 Minute on-site consultation for properties within the City of Buffalo ....................................................Sliding scale fees for service ranging from $300 to $500.   You decide what you can afford.   We are committed to helping our neighbors stay in the homes and communities they love.

• 60 Minute on-site consultation in first ring suburbs ................................................................................................ $700

• 30 Minute Virtual follow-up meeting & progress check-in's ................................................................................ $100
