What to Expect:

Consultations will consist of either two or three appointments.   

• The first is a site visit and listening session. We will discuss architectural features of the property, and existing conditions to be mindful of such as irregularities in carpentry & the colors of neighboring properties.  Unpainted elements for consideration such as foundations, ironwork & chimneys will also be discussed.   

This is an important step in identifying details of your home that should be highlighted and/or minimized in the painting and color selection process. 

• The second appointment will include a presentation of color palette options curated specifically for your location.    A color map will be provided digitally after this visit in order to inform your painting crew. 

• The third appointment is available for an additional fee.   It includes on-site consultation during painting in order to discuss placement of accent colors or problem solve.  [Subject to availability]

Residential Price Schedule:

• 2 meetings, 5 color palette & color map  ................................................................................................................. $300

• Optional 3rd site visit for on-site painting project management ............................................................. $500
