Tina founded Medusa Development in 2022 after seeing her neighborhood be over-run with vacant houses and poorly-done flips!  With a love for preservation architecture, and a passion for power tools - Medusa Development was born.

Likes: Refusing to use notebooks when there are perfectly good blocks of wood & drywall scraps laying around 

Dislikes: Vinyl siding, stock-windows, chippy board (OSB), and 'Greige"
