Walkable, Bikable, & Welcoming - these are the things that come to mind when we think of city living.   Cute shops, local businesses, gathering spaces that are accessible and affordable.  A collection of diverse people living their lives publicly and in proximity - surrounded by art, nature, neighbors, and the beautiful architecture Buffalo is known for. 

As we develop - we listen to neighborhood needs.   We attend block club meetings, have daily conversations with people on the street, advocate for improvements, attend community meetings - all in solidarity with longtime homeowners.

We plant trees, participate in community clean-ups, and leave everything better than we found it.
