Medusa Development is a construction company and Urban Micro-Developer prioritizing preservation, economic empowerment, and, environmental responsibility in construction. We strive to create strong communities, well paying jobs, female empowerment, skill-building and educational opportunities -while creating beautiful quality housing for home buyers.
We purchase and restore demolition-at-risk & vacant properties in order to preserve Buffalo's architectural heritage for future generations.

Our Company is structured for Equity, Opportunity and Growth. To continue in our mission, we are committed to re-investing our profits in growing our company, rebuilding our community, and bettering the lives of our team members. Accordingly, we have voluntarily capped our CEO compensation at 110% that of our lowest paid worker.
In addition to our Spec-House restorations - we are preparing to launch our client services division & home goods retail store in the near future.
